Client: Multi-Service Since: October 2023 – December 2024 Location: Vienna, Austria — 3,000+ m²
Growing Austria's largest combat sports gym — brand, website and a 4x social following
+300% Instagram growth — 2,500 to 10,000 followers in 11 months
MT GYM23 — Austria's largest combat sports center, over 3,000m² in Vienna — needed a brand and online presence that matched the scale of the gym itself: a new visual identity, a website that could handle everything from class schedules across eight disciplines to membership sign-ups, a Google Business Profile that actually surfaced them in local search, and a social media presence that built awareness and drove new members through the door.
M73LAB rebuilt MT GYM23 end-to-end: a new logo and visual identity, a full website covering all 8 disciplines (boxing, Thai boxing, MMA, wrestling, grappling, BJJ, CrossFit, strength training) with dedicated detail pages per discipline, a training schedule and a membership signup form, SEO to get the gym found in local search, a Google Business Profile set up and optimized for local search, and social media managed across Instagram and TikTok, month over month. We planned events, and produced and promoted content — from weekly training clips to headline moments like 5x world champion Felix Sturm's gym visit, the BJJ program led by resident coach Fernando Maccachero, 6th-dan black belt, and UFC fighters Mairbek Taisumov, Aleksandar Rakić and Ibo Arslan training at the gym — with video production by our partner AMilliProductions, and grew the Instagram account from 2,500 to 10,000 followers in 11 months, driving real membership growth for the gym in the process.
