On-brand fighter announcement graphics for C&I Management
4 concepts, then 4 poses — C&I Management chose their favorite twice
C&I Management, a fighter management agency, needed professional "welcome to the team" announcement graphics every time they signed a new fighter — content that looked as sharp as what established promotions and management agencies publish, and stayed on-brand with C&I's own colors and logo. They had a brand identity already, but no one designing the actual announcement content built around it.
M73LAB reviewed what other fight management agencies and promotions actually publish for signing announcements, then designed around C&I Management's existing logo and brand colors rather than starting from scratch on identity. For Anass Ahmidouch's signing, we pitched four distinct concepts — different backgrounds, layouts and typography treatments, all on-brand — so C&I could choose the direction that fit them best; they selected concept 2. With that winning design established, we reused it for Aleksandar Stefanovic's signing rather than starting over — this time offering four pose and composition options built on the same template, so C&I could pick the strongest shot; they chose pose 3. We only ever designed the announcement graphics themselves — C&I Management's logo and core brand identity were already established before this work began, and weren't part of the brief.
